Welcome to Legion 9 Training

L9 Training is an online platform and fitness community delivering workouts, programming and coaching to its members. A monthly subscription offers weekly workouts, coaching tutorials and motivational tools to help further enhance both mental and physical performance.


Our Mission

To enhance the physical and mental performance of our members by offering online strength and conditioning workouts, coaching tutorials and motivational tools. Ultimately we want to help YOU become the best version of yourself.

We provide a digital training platform for members to work from and our aim is to build and forge a multinational military fitness community. The needs, demands and requirements in this domain are very specific; tactical fitness and mental resilience play such vital roles on the road to success.

Legion 9 Training was formed to provide professional instruction to its followers and allow continued development; especially amongst serving and ex serving personnel from ALL allied nations. It also serves as an aid to those aspiring to join the armed forces, uniformed services, or for people training in functional fitness facilities/gyms.

The regular online coaching videos offer easy to follow workouts geared towards building robust performers capable of any physical task. There will always be scaled options and adaptations to help meet the needs and demands of every performer, regardless of their capabilities.

How it Works

Join us and become a member

Each week there will be a series of uploads ranging from workouts, video diaries and motivational tools. The workouts will be uploaded with video demonstrations and a briefing on what’s expected. There will also be scaled options with exercise substitutions for those who require it.

As the weeks progress, the archive of workouts will grow. There is also a movement standard section giving single lift/ skill demonstrations with coaching points and movement standards. This will serve as an aid to those who wish to learn the basics of new movements or wish to revise the standards and what’s expected of them.

Follow the workouts prescribed and watch the demo videos prior to training; implement them to your weekly routine/ schedule. Depending on your weekly forecast of events, you may be able to complete some or all of the workouts. Do what you can and ensure you maintain a level of integrity throughout. Aim to be training approximately 5-6 days per week. Always have at least 1 full rest day per week.

As with any exercise prescription; please ensure you are in good health. It is always recommended that you consult a doctor prior to taking part in any physical activity or training programme. If you are on any prescription medication or have underlying health concerns then please check with your doctor / physician prior to attempting this programming.

Remember these workouts serve as ingredients to your routine / lifestyle and that ‘form’ takes priority over speed and numbers! Maintain technique to the very best of your ability and be strict with your movement standards, as well as rep counting. Maintain a good level of self discipline and integrity. Work hard and ride the pain train.
